Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about logistics services.
  • Track and monitor shipments, providing status updates to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in processing orders, preparing necessary documentation, and maintaining customer records.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow-up on customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with logistics.
  • Multilingual abilities (advantageous for international logistics).
  • Knowledge in MS OFFICE
