Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about logistics services.
- Track and monitor shipments, providing status updates to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in processing orders, preparing necessary documentation, and maintaining customer records.
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up on customer feedback.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics sector.
- Familiarity with logistics.
- Multilingual abilities (advantageous for international logistics).
- Knowledge in MS OFFICE
